Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or engineering support environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automated systems.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, test fixtures, and data collection processes.
• Experience supporting robotic systems, automation equipment, or electromechanical assemblies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and organize engineering laboratory facilities and equipment.
• Support engineers with setup, execution, and documentation of tests and experiments.
• Troubleshoot issues with test fixtures, robotic systems, and lab equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab tools and testing hardware.
• Document maintenance activities, test results, and troubleshooting actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support development and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency and uptime.
