Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or quality control lab preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with reliable data output.
• Familiarity with standard lab techniques and instrumentation.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on materials and finished products.
• Maintain detailed records of test results per internal and regulatory standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration.
• Support quality control by identifying deviations and investigating root causes.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental procedures in the lab.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to drive improvements.
