Job summary

Actalent is hiring Lab Technicians/Lab Assistants in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support labs serving food, beverage, chemical manufacturing and related industries.

Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology or food science, and have lab testing experience with pH, viscosity, titrations and HPLC, plus strong Excel/Word skills. Minimum 1 year QA/QC or fast-paced work experience is required.

Qualifications

Candidates must have: lab testing experience with raw materials and familiarity with pH, viscosity, titrations, HPLC and sample weighing.
Strong computer and math skills, including Excel and Word.
Minimum 1 year QA/QC experience or 1 year in a fast paced role (restaurant or retail).

Responsibilities

Support QA/QC laboratory testing and material analysis.
Operate and maintain lab equipment and record results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards.
