Job summary

Actalent is hiring Lab Technicians/Lab Assistants in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support labs serving food, beverage, chemical manufacturing and related industries.

Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology or food science, and have lab testing experience with pH, viscosity, titrations and HPLC, plus strong Excel/Word skills. Minimum 1 year QA/QC or fast-paced work experience is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have: lab testing experience with raw materials and familiarity with pH, viscosity, titrations, HPLC and sample weighing.
• Strong computer and math skills, including Excel and Word.
• Minimum 1 year QA/QC experience or 1 year in a fast paced role (restaurant or retail).

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC laboratory testing and material analysis.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and record results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards.

Actalent is now hiring Lab Technicians/Lab Assistants in the DFW area!

We are looking for candidates to support a variety of industries such as food and beverage, chemical manufacturing, and more!

Skills:

Associates or Bachelors of Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science) NEW GRADS WELCOMED

Lab testing experience with raw materials from school or work - MUST be familiar with pH, viscosity and titrations, HPLC, weighing samples

Excellent computer and math skills - including Excel and Word knowledge

Minimum 1 year experience of QA/QC experience OR 1 year of work experience in a fast paced role (restaurant or retail)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $22.25/hr.
