Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform testing protocols and data collection in lab and manufacturing settings. You will collaborate with Product Test Engineers, compile data with charts and images, and help develop new products while supporting ISO quality procedures.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred in science/engineering) and 2+ years of relevant experience, with forklift/PIT experience and strong math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply learning and judgment to evaluate product performance per protocols.
• Compile and communicate data, charts, and images to requestor or Product Test Engineer.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and sample organization.
• Assist with new product development.
• Serve as technical liaison between cross-functional teams for development opportunities.
• Adhere to ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Guide and support other lab personnel as needed.
• Administer programs as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
