Job summary

Lancesoft in San Jose, CA seeks a skilled technician to work on manufacturing and qualification of microplates used in Liquid transfer products. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with a start at 9am during training and end of January 2027 assignment.

Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential. Requirements include an AS degree in Life Science / Chemistry / Engineering technology and at least 2 years in a technical setting.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Life Science, Chemistry, or Engineering technology.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a technical, manufacturing, or laboratory position.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, micropipettes, and analytical balance.
• Proficiency in PC applications: MS Word, Excel, MS Access, Windows Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Setup, fill, and test various microplates according to established procedures.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel and other advanced data analysis software.
• Contribute to group problem solving and process improvement activities.
