• Manage technical service requests, including documentation, status updates, and communication with requestors.
• Conduct both routine and complex tests and analyses with precision and efficiency.

• Execute application and laboratory test plans to support material and process characterizations, as well as root cause analysis.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment that may involve repetitive tasks and shifting priorities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
• Solve problems independently with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to quality improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree+ in a Scientific Discipline or similar (Materials Science and Chemistry most relevant).
• Hands-on experience with material testing, sample preparation, and mixing raw materials.
• Experience in adhesives or coatings (1 years ideally, but not required).
• Hands-on experience with tensile testing, pressure sensitivity testing, peel testing, melting, and mixing plastics.
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
