Responsibilities

Job Description: Support various team members with daily functions from an administrative and managerial capacity

Responsibilities

Organization:

• Market products: ensuring they are all stored correctly after being used.
• Checking and alerting if anything needs to be re-purchased.
• Categorizing and labeling of products.
• Generating Brand portfolios, using Powerpoint and/or Excel.
• Assisting the team by generating competitive brand portfolios. This will include lines, sub-lines, name of products, images, etc.
• Cross category: Hair, Skin, Cleansers, MU, etc.
• Assist the fragrance team with general requests.
• Making samples (this will be in a lab). Guidance will be provided on how to make the samples.
• Shipping samples to vendors, internally to various teams, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Position requires 2-4 years prior administrative experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
