Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, lab, or technical environments preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial lab.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens from Hot Mill and Pickle Line and cut tests as needed.
• Perform mechanical testing per ASTM standards and client specs.
• Operate testing equipment for tensile, Charpy, Rockwell, bend tests and micrometers.
• Maintain accurate lab records and enter results into data systems.
• Ensure traceability and timely material release through proper documentation.
