Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mammalian cell culture systems and prepare media and buffers.
• Perform molecular biology and biochemical techniques (PCR/RT-PCR, DNA gel electrophoresis, cloning, DNA constructs).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and manage inventory.
• Prepare reagents and supplies and maintain accurate research records.
• Provide guidance and training to students and junior staff.
• Contribute to ongoing research project goals and data reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure biosafety and documentation compliance.
