Responsibilities

• Supports and models Billings Clinic's mission and service expectations.
• Processes and accesses samples according to policies and procedures.
• Assists with inventory management including stocking and ordering to ensure supplies.
• Performs waived laboratory testing and specimen processing within scope.
• Provides administrative support and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinates specimen handling and transport as outlined in procedures.
• Maintains equipment and workstations and ensures proper documentation.
