Job summary

Pace is seeking a Lab Technician I to join our environmental testing laboratory in Hazelwood, MO. You will support sample-related activities, preserve and prepare samples, and maintain critical documentation. The role provides training and growth in laboratory sciences within a safety-focused environment.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with full-time hours Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as part of our dynamic testing schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
