Job summary
Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Lab Technician I to support chemical manufacturing operations by performing laboratory analyses, maintaining quality standards, and assisting production teams with data-driven insights. You will work with production, quality, and technical teams, generating accurate data and ensuring compliant laboratory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in STEM with relevant lab experience
- Experience in chemical manufacturing laboratory environment preferred
- LIMS, SAP, and wet chemistry experience advantageous
- Proficient in operating laboratory equipment and maintaining accurate records
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Analyze production materials and interpret data to ensure quality standards
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and keep accurate records
- Report test data and maintain documentation
- Provide technical support to production staff to drive operational excellence
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Review processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities
- Work on DuPont 12-hour rotating schedule (42 hours/week)
