• Prepare test reports and notify appropriate healthcare professional of atypical/critical values with documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in clinical laboratory sciences or equivalent with completion of clinical requirements. National certification required.

Experience

• Six months of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Chemistry experience strongly preferred.
• Microbiology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing quality control (QC) data and interpreting Levy-Jennings charts strongly preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, remain calm under stress, and communicate effectively. Basic computer skills required.
