• BS or higher degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or with 1+ years of technical experience in chemical industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in formulating and market introduction of polyurethane and/or plastic compounds is preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with and advise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player; able to work within multifunctional, multiregional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct experimental tests to support application testing, product development, and technical service for IPA Applied Technology with minimal supervision.
• Routinely operate instruments and equipment used in the laboratory.
• Interpret data, identify trends, provide technical summaries, and recommend solutions.
• Assist in establishing new and optimizing existing test methods.
• Manage calibration, maintenance, and repair tasks for laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain documentation in the Smart Lab Notebook system.
• Manage chemical inventory according to site policy.
• Ensure compliance with Evonik safety procedures and guidelines.
• Lead lab design hazard review processes and conduct safety audits.
