Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking an entry-level Corporate Laboratory Technician to support quality monitoring across the company. You will execute tests, log results in LIMS, and assist with routine and project sample testing in a lab/plant environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and some college coursework in science and math, plus familiarity with Word, Outlook and Excel. You will follow health and safety rules and learn to operate lab instrumentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework in science and math.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing per lab procedures and policies manual.
• Log in samples and record test results using LIMS or COA.
• Assist in routine and project sample testing.
• Report off-quality findings to Lab Manager.
• Maintain, operate and validate laboratory instrumentation.
• Follow SOPs accurately.
• Communicate special testing needs to other divisions.
