Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Laboratory Technician for a 6-month contract onsite at Marlborough, MA 01752. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $26/hr.

Responsibilities include weighing and mixing chemicals to prepare samples, performing filtration, purification, data recording, and maintaining lab areas and safety. Qualifications include a college, associate, or bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field, 0–5 years lab experience, familiarity with lithography equipment a plus, US

Qualifications

• College, Associates or B.S. degree or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years experience in chemistry lab.
• Experience in fabrication laboratory / cleanroom / lithographic equipment is a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Copilot and agents is a plus.
• US citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing solid and liquid chemicals.
• Perform filtration and circulation process for formulation samples.
• Perform purification of chemicals, such as precipitation and ion-exchange.
• Conduct fundamental physical and analytical characterization.
• Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication laboratory.
• Submit and manage photolithography and metrology job request.
• Record, organize and communicate experimental data.
• Perform basic data analysis.
• Maintain lab areas, storage areas and equipment.
• Ship chemicals.
• Maintain high safety performance.
