Qualifications

• Previous dental lab or office experience is preferred but training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small tools and materials.
• Comfort with technology and digital workflows; ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D printers for orthodontic models and appliances.
• Fabricate clear aligners including model trimming, thermoforming, cutting, and finishing.
• Prepare digital cases for printing and aligner production.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, and consistency.
• Label, organize, and package aligners for delivery to clinical teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, materials, and inventory.
• Follow established lab protocols, safety guidelines, and timelines.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to meet patient needs.
• Assist in clinical area with sterilization and other office needs.
