Job summary

INEOS Nitriles is seeking a Lab Technician/Analyst at our Green Lake Facility to analyze product and process streams and support safe, efficient laboratory performance. The role provides technical support for operations, logistics, sales, and marketing, and participates in continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include executing tasks safely, training for lab activities, maintaining instruments, coordinating sample shipping, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimal GED or High School diploma required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a chemical laboratory and/or advanced science education is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab operations in a safe and timely manner in line with company procedures.
• Train and qualify for all jobs within operating lab areas as workload permits.
• Operate in compliance with laboratory procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with lab analysts, I&E technicians and chemists to solve analytical and operational issues.
• Prepare solutions and reagents and communicate results from tests to stakeholders.
• Maintain calibration, quality assurance and proper documentation of laboratory instruments.
