Job summary

Lancer Worldwide, a Hoshizaki Company, is seeking a Laboratory Technician 1st Shift to support the engineering lab in testing production and prototype parts and dispensers. You will assist with setup, data collection, and test execution to ensure quality and reliability of dispensing equipment.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, arranging test fixtures, and recording results while maintaining a clean, organized lab environment and supporting shipping/receiving as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience with hand/power tools and standard electronic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire units or parts to be tested.
• Visually inspect dispensing equipment for variances.
• Set up tests including plumbing and electrical connections.
• Assist technicians or engineers during tests.
• Remove units from test area and disposition as needed.
• Record test setup, results, photos, and validation data.
• Maintain lab housekeeping and shipping/receiving tasks.
