Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, laboratory or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and work seated or standing for extended periods.
• Comfort with chemical and solvent exposure and occasional high-noise or biohazard environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex testing to evaluate container integrity and product interactions.
• Use microscopes and conduct destructive and non-destructive tests to determine shelf life.
• Support R&D projects, quality confirmations, and complaint investigations related to corrosion, discoloration, flavor issues, and spoilage.
• Apply written safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
• Collect, interpret, and report data accurately and professionally.
• Maintain lab equipment, order supplies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

What You Will Do:

As a LabTechnician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our metal and plastic containers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and complex testing to evaluate container integrity and product interactions.

• Assistingwith training, providing backup support to team members, and participating in facility tours.
