You will perform routine and complex testing to evaluate container integrity, use microscopes, and support R&D projects and quality investigations. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, laboratory or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and complex testing to evaluate container integrity and product interactions.
• Using microscopes and conducting destructive and non-destructive tests to determine shelf life.
• Supporting R&D projects, quality confirmations, and complaint investigations related to corrosion, discoloration, flavor issues, and spoilage.
• Applying written safety procedures and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reporting data accurately and professionally.
• Maintaining lab equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.
• Assisting with training, providing backup support to team members, and participating in facility tours.
