Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Laboratory Technician – Quality Control for the 3rd shift in Portage, WI. This contract-to-hire role focuses on hands-on testing, sample preparation, and adherence to GMP/SOP requirements in a modern QC lab.

You will document results, communicate quality concerns to teams, and support ongoing improvements while maintaining equipment and calibrations. The position offers exposure to diverse analytical techniques and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in GMP environments is a plus.

Laboratory Technician – Quality Control (3rd Shift)
Job Description

Join a growing quality control laboratory where you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before release. This position offers hands-on laboratory testing, opportunities to work independently, and exposure to a variety of analytical techniques in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect samples from manufacturing and prepare them for analysis.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities on an overnight shift.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTAGE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.26 - $28.96/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
