Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Park Rapids, MN is seeking a Lab Technician to help ensure product quality by collecting samples, performing inspections, and documenting results throughout the production process.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with weekend shifts available and weekly pay. A high school diploma, basic math and data entry skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, procedures, and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Collect product samples from various production lines and assess quality.
• Identify and document out-of-grade product situations.
• Enter quality assurance data into the QA Entry program.
• Distinguish between critical, major, and minor product defects.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures.
• Complete required performance evaluations and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do as a Lab Technician:
