Job summary

FinishWorks is seeking a motivated Lab Technician to support our R&D team. You will prepare samples, perform color matching, create formulations, and conduct quality testing to aid new coating solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle data entry and basic math tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production tinting, color matching, or related laboratory work.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

FinishWorks is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you will assist with product development by preparing customer samples, matching colors, creating laboratory formulations, and performing quality testing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to innovative coating solutions.

• Perform color matching with minimal supervision.
