The successful candidate will assist with neurogenomics research using animal models and postmortem human and comparative tissue samples, including brain tissue collection, sectioning, and analysis using techniques such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH), and immunoblotting. Responsibilities will also include nuclei isolation and single-cell genomics library preparation, animal colony maintenance (including tracking, breeding, and colony management), research data and specimen tracking, database management, and preparation of chemical solutions and reagents to support laboratory experiments.
