• Experience as a phlebotomist, laboratory technician, or equivalent healthcare role.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, proficiency testing, and quality control assessments per guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Accurately process and document specimens and test results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care.
