Actalent is seeking an Entry Level Laboratory Technician to join our Research and Development team in the food and beverage sector, based in Marysville, OH. You will support routine analytical testing, sample prep, and lab operations following GLP and established methods.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years in a lab, an associate degree in a science field or a high school diploma with related experience, and a strong attention to detail, safety, and data integrity.

• Associate degree in a science-related field with 0-1 year of related experience, or a High School Diploma (or GED) with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and good communication skills.

Entry Level Lab Technician

We are seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician to join our Research and Development team within the food and beverage sector. This position involves supporting Science & Analytical projects through routine analytical testing, sample preparation, and general laboratory support activities using established methods and Good Laboratory Practices. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to producing accurate and timely results. A passion for food/beverages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The role is based in a science and technology lab, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marysville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
