Job summary

Safety Kleen in Fallon, NV is seeking a Lab Technician to perform routine analysis of samples to determine chemical and physical properties. You will work with basic instrumentation and ensure QA/QC compliance in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires a HS diploma; a BS in chemistry or related field is preferred, plus 1+ year lab experience. Competitive pay starting at $24/hour with DOE, benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Performs basic analysis of samples following prescribed procedures
• Utilizes basic instrumentation
• Completes all paperwork associated with the analysis in a neat and timely fashion
• Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines
• Performs cleaning and general housekeeping of work area

QUALIFICATIONS
