Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory, electrical, or technical experience.
• Basic knowledge of electric motor theory, winding concepts, and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Experience assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic equipment using hand tools and power supplies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with electrical power systems and laboratory test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electric motor and gearbox testing using standard laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Collect, receive, label, test, and analyze motors; accurately record results in ENS or other related system.
• Prepare and submit test reports to engineering teams and customers.
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, safety, and equipment calibration.
• Assist in the development, improvement, and validation of new testing benches, fixtures, and laboratory test procedures in collaboration with engineering.
• Support new product development testing, validation, and certification efforts.
• Monitor motor inventory and laboratory tools; order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on test requests.
• Maintain daily logs, procedures, and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and laboratory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
