Job summary

The Laboratory Technologist I position in Vega Baja, PR supports the Quality Control Laboratory by performing a range of analytical tests on raw materials, APIs, finished products, and special projects, and by preparing data and reviewing results.

Responsibilities include documenting results, maintaining equipment, following SOPs, and ensuring data integrity, with flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Natural Sciences with 0–3 years analytical lab experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing in conformance with specifications, procedures, and SOPs.
• Document results in logbooks, notebooks, or working papers.
• Prepare data for evaluation and perform calculations.
• Review and evaluate analytical reports; assist in investigations as needed.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure data integrity.
