Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and the community respectfully to provide excellent customer service.
• Collect blood specimens from patients and transport to the laboratory.
• Assist technologists with loading instruments, reagents, thawing and pooling.
• Identify instrument malfunctions and report to the appropriate contact.
• Handle clerical duties such as inventory checks and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
