Job summary

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive customer requirements.
4+ years experience or a Bachelor in related field; combination considered.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
COMSEC briefing and certification required.
Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7/10/11, Server 2012/2016).
Mobility for long durations; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work varied shifts (morning/evening/overnight).

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and repair DoD computing equipment and workstations (networked and stand-alone).
Maintain and administer closed-loop networks for patching and hardening lab systems.
Maintain Virtual Machines running file servers and other services.
Provide direct and remote user support for network and desktop issues.
Perform routine backups across multiple platforms and oversee security procedures.
Support Lab users (F/A-18E/F & EA-18G) with IT problem diagnosis and solutions.
Develop software/database applications and manage lab networks and communications.
Monitor lab performance and propose process improvements for Lab Systems Administration.
Patch vulnerability remediation and joint system requirements with Enterprise Services.
