Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing, Air Toxics is seeking a Support Services Technician to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning and preparing sample media, packaging and shipping to clients, and supporting lab operations.

You will handle shipping documentation, operate LIMS, maintain safety procedures, and collaborate across departments. Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work a 7:30am–4:00pm schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experienced in shipping, receiving, and/or warehousing.
• Experience with processing orders using internal LIMS.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in use of shipping provider websites.
• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Consciousness of and a positive attitude toward quality control, safety, high production work and organized thought process.
• Good teamwork, ability to work closely with all the departments.
• Knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking English.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
