Quest Diagnostics in Evansville, IN is seeking a Lab Support Technician to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with rotational weekends. Pay starts at $17.20 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonuses based on performance and organizational factors.

The role includes processing, testing and reporting of waived and moderately complex tests, with responsibility for specimen handling and adherence to CLIA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year experience in a hospital or laboratory setting.
• Routinely lift 25 pounds, sitting, standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• The Support Technician performs various technical and clerical functions under supervision.
• Order entry, processing, testing and reporting of waived and moderately complex tests.
• Performs testing and QC under CLIA guidelines and maintains competency.
