Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Lab Support Technician for Kokomo, IN, working Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with rotational weekends. Pay starts at $17.20 per hour, with 10% second-shift and 15% third-shift differentials where applicable, and potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Prefer one year of experience in a hospital or laboratory setting.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Complies with OSHA and MACL policies and procedures.
• Organizes and plans multiple tasks to achieve objectives.
• Provides internal and external customer assistance with a service orientation.
• Adheres to collection and processing requirements to prevent specimen loss or compromise.
• Performs technical and clerical duties, including documentation and data entry.
• Maintains equipment and supplies for efficiency and cost control.
