Responsibilities

• Will take on lead duties in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
• Technical / HIS / LIS-Ability to operate in multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Customer Service Support-Communicates effectively and courteously with all customers while maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Specimen receipt and processing-Handle all patient specimens appropriately for tests indicated.
• Phlebotomy- Maintain Phlebotomy competency if appropriate for the department working in.
