Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in moving and setting up lab equipment and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly storage area for chemistry areas
• Assist in preparation of chemical reagents in teaching laboratories if needed
• Organize and clean glassware
• Assist in inventory updates of chemicals to tracking system
• Assist in chemical waste disposal as needed
• Inform supervisor of possible defects in equipment
• Assist in maintaining lab security of chemicals within stockroom
• Inventory lab supplies and equipment upon return and checkout
• Other duties as assigned or needed
