Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Lab, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Greater than 5 years clinical laboratory experience in the supervising specialty.
• Two years laboratory supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of staff to process patient specimens.
• Ensure QA/QC of reagents and instrumentation.
• Train staff on proper lab procedures.
• Maintain compliance with CAP standards and SOPs.
• Perform blood work and blood draws.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate with clinic and AON Lab on supplies.
