Qualifications

• 4 years of microbiology experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements in CAP/CLIA and FDA

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the department to ensure smooth flow of samples and testing
• Oversee staff scheduling to meet production timelines
• Counsel staff on operational problems and improvements
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints and implement solutions
• Review test results for timeliness and accuracy, and report patient results
