UTEX Industries is seeking a Lab Supervisor – Hydraulics & Nitrogen Testing to lead a high-pressure laboratory focused on hydraulic systems and nitrogen testing. You will design, assemble, operate test setups and supervise execution, safety, and data reporting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hydraulics or fluid power, 5+ years in supervision, experience with high-pressure gas testing (15,000 psi, 300°F) and familiarity with standards such as API, ISO, ASME.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hydraulics/fluid power systems.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic testing (15,000 psi, 300°F).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lab operations and testing activities.
• Develop and schedule testing plans.
• Oversee setup, execution, teardown, and data reporting.
