Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is looking for a Lab Supervisor in Tampa, FL. This position Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focuses on maximizing the efficiency of lab operations and ensuring the quality of test results. The role will involve planning, organizing, and directing the work of the section to adhere to established technical standards.

Qualifications

Job description

Pay range: $76,400+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the manager/director, plan, organize, schedule and direct the work of the section in order to effectively maximize employees, equipment and material utilization within budgetary constraints while adhering to quality technical standards. Accountable for quantity and quality of specimens handled and test results.
