Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and distribute laboratory specimens to the departments and reference laboratories.
• Enter, monitor, and manage all send-out specimens in Cerner.
• Provide communication link between hospital staff, technologists, and laboratory leadership.
• Maintain certification and skills for direct patient care, including CEUs and safety requirements.
• Assist with specimen collection, patient identification, and proper handling to ensure accurate results.
