  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Some experience with standard biological/chemical lab practices is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in biosciences; prior lab experience in cell/molecular biology favored.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., tissue culture, PCR, transfection).
  • Maintain mouse colonies (breeding, genotyping, surgery) and manage records of isotope use and disposals.
  • Produce experimental reagents (cells, proteins, or viruses) for the lab and assist other team members.
  • Train students and others on lab techniques and procedures.
