Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Lab Services Assistant at Pfizer in Groton, CT. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Customer service experience is required; previous lab support experience is preferred, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This role supports R&D scientists, maintains glassware, autoclaves, and lab supplies per SOPs,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks and restocks safety glasses in airlocks and staging areas.
• Collects soiled glassware and cleans/sterilizes glassware.
• Operates washers and autoclaves following SOPs.
• Maintains glassware inventory and records; prepares buffers and media as instructed.
• Provides lab consumables and glassware support to scientists.
• Replenishes stock locations to minimum levels and maintains general lab supplies.
