Job summary

Actalent is hiring a Scientist I for an onsite, laboratory-focused role in Maple Grove, MN. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and support R&D activities to ensure patient safety and product quality.

The position emphasizes test method development, documentation in quality systems, and collaboration with R&D and QC teams. A BA/BS in biology, chemistry, or related engineering field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Engineering field required.
• Hands-on method development and lab work experience required.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with design of experiments and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Remain current on technologies and literature to inform experimental design.
• Support evaluation and testing of new technologies in the lab.
• Generate high-quality data to support reports and posters.
• Develop understanding of DOE and execute experiments under supervision.
