Job summary

Us Tech Solutions seeks a Scientist I for a 12‑month contract to perform routine experiments, analyze data, and help prepare technical reports and presentations. You will work under direction with senior staff to develop methods, maintain notebooks, and ensure quality and EH&S compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on method development, teamwork, and timely execution of multiple projects in a medical device context. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Biology or Chemistry (or related Engineering field) required.
• 2+ years of medical device experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to document methods and results clearly in reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine experimental techniques and data analysis.
• Generate data to support posters, presentations, and internal documents.
• Prepare lab notebooks and technical reports with documentation.
• Assist with IQ/OQ activities and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Contribute to lab/infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and quality system adherence.
