Job summary

Roche in Tucson, AZ seeks a Lab Scientist Professional to support registrational and non-registrational clinical trials. You will perform high complexity laboratory testing on clinical specimens with meticulous attention to detail in a flexible, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.

Responsibilities

Perform high complexity laboratory testing on clinical specimens.
Support laboratory’s participation as a Clinical Testing Site by performing Clinical Validation testing and documentation.
Comply with study protocols, IRBs, Manuals of Operations, Test Instructions, and CFR/ICH guidelines.
Record methods and results timely and accurately with Good Documentation Practices.
Participate in routine lab maintenance, safety, ISO and QSR implementation, per internal safety guidelines and external regulators.
Support panel build and sample processing projects for Clinical Validation Studies.
Analyze alternative approaches to problems and inform supervisor of status.
