Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory safety assessments, inventory audits, and consultations for academic and teaching labs.
• Supports the University's chemical safety and general lab safety efforts.
• Reports findings, maintains records, and uses safety platforms and compliance tools.
• Identifies unsafe conditions and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Conducts assessments across extended sites with occasional overnight travel.
• Delivers training on chemical safety, laboratory safety, and related topics.
