Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments using mouse and in vitro models of environmental respiratory disease.
• Maintain and expand mouse colonies and perform genotyping by PCR.
• Expose mice to air pollutants and measure respiratory and immunological function.
• Maintain cell culture models and adhere strictly to protocols.
• Support day-to-day lab operations, stock management and compliance.
• Train new lab members and communicate with Dr. Kelada regularly.
